Chaos Seed
Finally! I’m able to find a working Sega Saturn’s Emulator to play my favourite Classic Game - カオスシード! (Chaos Seed). Recently I’ve also bought 6 buttons controller to play just for this game too! Haha…
Other than Gameplay, the next most essential element in playing game is the music! Without music, the game can be boring. The music can bring out Passions of the heroes on battling, happiness and sadness which is why I like to play Japanese Games. The music or so called soundtracks are very nice too.
Its one of my favourite soundtracks other than Final Fantasy as the soundtracks are mixed with some Chinese instruments element. I’ve pretty enjoyed playing this game since 9 years ago. Its so addicting that I can play from day to night and night to day, 24-hours continuously especially during the times when I was in army and book out on sat morning, then reach home afternoon to play til the next day, Sunday morning!
I like its game system which is divided into many parts and makes things complicated but quite friendly to play along.
System 1: Be able to recognize all 5 Feng Shui elements have its flows.
System 2: Each Element can create different kinds of rooms for different purposes.
Room Types:
Energy Room – Generate Certain amount of Energy every turn
Elixir Room – Generate Certain amount of Elixir every turn
Summon Room – Summoning monsters to help in delivering Energy or Elixir or to repair rooms or to enhance parties abilities. Extremely needed as this is not a one man show game but a team work.
Store Room – To store all inventories
Attack Room – To set up traps help to protect other rooms from invasions and destructions
Scanning Room – To scan enemies and own parties movements on limited area
Teleport Room – Ability to teleport to other rooms on limited area
Dig Room – Ability to dig up items/ rare items
These are just basic rooms to build in order to generate enough energy to revitalize the dry town/city above this dungeon.
Each room needs Energy and Elixir to operate. Energy and Elixir are used for consumption depending on the types of abilities and functions. Need Monsters to transport Energies from Energy Room to all other rooms and likewise for Elixir Rooms too.
System 3: Enhanced the above rooms abilities to gain more power and sources.
By combining the effects of 5 feng shui elements with certain percentage, the rooms can be optimized to have these abilities:
Optimum Room Types:
玉皇宝華 – All rooms will have Energy Regeneration level up
龍盛豪炉 – All rooms will have Elixir Regeneration level up
風神勇尊 – All rooms will have auto room repair to recover from damages
太極宝宮 – Ability to summon all ultimate monsters
全索敵 – Ability to scan the whole map for enemies and own parties movements
全転送 – Ability to teleport throughout the whole map
四神雷鳴 – Ability to dig up mostly rare items not easily found from enemies or treasure chests
異次元倉庫 – Ability to store and take out inventories from all dimensions
Knowing the flow of elements is extremely important to implement these Optimum Rooms.
System 4: The element sequences of opening the rooms will lead to opening secret tunnels where rare treasure chest and monsters or friends will come waiting for you.
System 5: All the rooms are connected and have some chain effect. The most important task to do is to protect the rooms from destruction by setting up traps along the path or inside the room itself and if destructed, repair it.
Constantly, there’ll be enemies dropby to challenge the hero by going through the tunnel to find hero.
Well, time for me to get back to play this game again, alright!!!

Yeah, Its gaming time!
I've been in the Games Industry for years and have experienced the wonderful Evolutions of Games from Big Cartridges to Floppy Drives to CDs to DVDs,
from 2D graphics to 3D Polygons and CGs,
from playing from DOS like games to TV Videos and HDTV (in the future),
from Midis to Techno soundtracks!
And of course from Nintendo consoles, Micro Genius to Super Famicon to Sega Saturn, Playstation, XBox, PC to Playstation 2 to PSP and Playstation 3 (in the future).
What A long time since then and brought back lots of Memories!
Recently I've bought PSP as influence by my friends and colleagues to play network battles with them!
If you know of any good games to play, please recommend and share. But I prefer to play Jap games more than Eng games as the variety of Jap gameplay is more than Eng games.
Just completed Musou Orochi, the system is out of its previous episodes of Musous and its Great to play!
